Therapeutic Coaching offers a compassionate and supportive space to help you understand yourself more deeply, move through challenges, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Therapeutic Coaching is an integrative approach that combines elements of:​

to support emotional wellbeing, self-awareness and personal growth.

Therapeutic Coaching gently explores the deeper patterns, beliefs and emotional experiences that may be keeping you stuck, helping you to understand and heal the past while creating the future you desire. By supporting nervous system regulation and encouraging greater self-awareness, it helps you learn to live more fully in the present with increased clarity, confidence and emotional balance. Combining healing with practical support for change, Therapeutic Coaching ultimately aims to help people live happier, healthier and more relaxed lives.

Sessions are always tailored to you as an individual, creating a safe and compassionate environment where you can explore your experiences at your own pace.

After many years of working in the NHS with persistent pain I understand the importance of a good relationship between the client and practitioner. My empathy and compassion allows me to create a warm, non-judgemental space that is safe so you can feel heard, supported and empowered. This will allow us to explore together the issue that you have brought to therapeutic coaching so I can help tailor an approach that best suits you.

I understand how closely our emotional and physical health are connected. My own healing journey with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS/ME) deepened my understanding of how chronic stress from personality patterns and nervous system dysregulation can impact the body. The amazing results I experienced through working with a therapeutic coach using a mind – body approach inspired me to complete the training myself.

Therapeutic Coaching recognises that healing is not about “fixing” yourself. It is about understanding your experiences with compassion and creating space for growth and change.

Therapeutic Coaching sessions are collaborative, supportive and personalised. All sessions are currently offered virtually, allowing you to access support from the comfort and privacy of your own home.

Each session is adapted to your unique needs and moving you towards achieving your goals and the future you want.

You do not need to have everything figured out before beginning. Many clients come feeling overwhelmed, disconnected or unsure where to start.

Together we create a safe space to:

  1. Explore where you are right now

  2. Understand what may be contributing to your challenges

  3. Identify what you need moving forward

  4. Build supportive tools and strategies for lasting change

 

Sessions may include elements of:

  • Mindfulness and grounding

  • Emotional regulation techniques

  • Breathwork or relaxation practices

  • Coaching techniques

  • Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) / tapping techniques

  • Reflective therapeutic conversation

 

The focus is always on helping you feel more connected, empowered and aligned within yourself.
